Upward Management is in search of our next rock star. Our Sales Concierge team is looking for someone with a knack for providing exceptional service and possesses the ability to identify opportunities to increase a sale.

Responsibilities:

As our Sales Concierge, you'll play a pivotal role in customer communications, managing reservations for a diverse portfolio of hospitality based clients, recommending upgrades to guests, and driving sales through warm and engaging interactions. You'll soon be:

• Proficient in the management of reservation requests via phone, email, and third-party platforms.
• Assisting guests to plan and book unforgettable experiences in Maine.
• Proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities presented during your interactions with our customers.
• Handling administrative tasks such as Client Profile management with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred experience in sales, but a strong willingness to learn is equally valued.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to strike a balance between sales goals and guest satisfaction.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
